I am Soraya Doniani, founding partner of DON, working as a coach, mentor, and trainer alongside our solutions. I am responsible for developing solutions and identifying the need for training and organizational development.
I hold a degree in Pedagogy, with specializations in Human Resources, an MBA in ESG from IBMEC, and an MBA in Business Management from FGV. I have solid professional experience in Education, with over 20 years in roles such as Pedagogical Coordination, Teacher, Trainer, Coach, and Mentor.
I began my career as a teacher, later assuming leadership positions in coordination, management, and direction. Since 2006, I have built a broad repertoire to work with national and multinational medium and large companies, delivering solutions and designing organizational development projects.
I am a Psychoanalyst, trained at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies, CEP.
I am certified in Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) by the Barrett Values Centre.
Behavioral Analyst in DISC theories, Motivators, Emotional Intelligence, Sales Skills, and Competencies, certified by TTI Insights Brazil.
Master, Trainer, and Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming.
Professional Coach in Life, Business & Executive, and Team Coaching, certified by ICC (International Coaching Community).

I am Tatiana Dugaich, co-founder of the DON Desenvolvimento Barcelona unit, Coach, Consultant & Trainer. Clinical and Organizational Psychologist with over 13 years of experience in the corporate world, in multinational companies and startups in leadership and strategy positions in the Human Resources area. Living in Barcelona since 2021, I worked as an executive in a startup in a scale-up phase, and I have extensive experience in team management and in the implementation of strategic programs aimed at talent development and organizational improvement.
Project leadership as a mentor for HR teams and startup founders, assisting in the scale-up process and focusing on building effective Human Resources strategies to promote sustainable growth and the evolution of companies. My career was developed in a global leader in the international logistics segment, where I consolidated my expertise in high-performance corporate environments.
Business Administrator with a focus on Foreign Trade and an MBA in Business Management, with specialized courses in sales, negotiation and team management. Certifications in Strategic Sales Planning, Negotiation Skills, Selling Value to the Customer and the Management Development Program (MDP).
